The photos in the pictures vs the rooms in reality was different. This property is located in remote sort of place. Overall unhygienic and not worth the money.

elevator stopped working on second day of our stay, and they didn't resolve it even till we checked out.

The property is decent..rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms too. My drain was blocked and they unblocked it, eventhough it was an unpleasant showroom experience. Linen was clean and the staff was helpful and attentive.

My room was small, and when I booked I was shown a larger room. I was largely stunned and hated the loud music that started every morning at 9:30am and went on till late at night. It's a residential area, so music that loud and also, so commercial totally changed the experience of the property and made me feel like i was in a cheap place.

Very bad experience

The room was not cleaned, no water was put in new days. Pool was not clean

I recently stayed at Okean De Goa in Vagator, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I found the rooms were not clean, which was disappointing and set a negative tone for the stay. The hygiene standards were far from acceptable, with dust and grime visible in several areas, making the overall atmosphere quite uncomfortable.The service was also below par, with delayed responses to requests and a lack of attention to basic guest needs. I expected a more pleasant and welcoming experience in Goa, but this hotel fell short on quality and cleanliness. If you're looking for a relaxing and clean environment, I would recommend considering other options.

Location and room size

As soon as the number of guests increases in the property, staff was attending them and the request of providing a simple glass to have water couldn’t be fulfilled in 3 days of time

The amenities were decent and clean at least in the room.

The staff at front desk said they charge 500 per hour for early check in. The check in time on booking.com was 2-3 hours before the actual check in time. They don't bother to change it.Asked for cutlery to eat food that we had ordered. The guy at the reception said that we don't provide cutlery for outside food and was rude about it.Some staff were good, others were plain rude.

Best location to reach all North Goa beaches from Arambol to Calungute. Hotel has a good parking facility to park our vehicles. Reception staff (Tina) very helpful in arranging taxis and guiding the locations.

Could have been more cleaner.

Beautiful ambience. Rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. All the amenities within the rooms are absolutely spic and span. Toilest are absolutely clean and in excellent working conditions. In the night the courtyard outside the hotel is beautifully lit. One can click photos also there. Food is also delicious and is available both in rooms or in the restaurant.

Staff is really good at the hotel as soon as you enter, greets you with a warm welcome, ☺️ superb rooms , great ambiance, rooms are clean and 24 hours hot water.I thank to all team members for great hospitality provided by them, from smooth check in to check out and being super helpful all the time.The restaurant manager was always prompt in providing us with good food and is very humble and great at his work.I appreciate their all efforts in making our stay memorable.

Great place... Exceptional warm staff, perfect location, great vibe.Best shower I have had in Asia in 6 months. Huge bathroom, huge bed, modern tasteful furnishings. What makes this however place is the staff. From the front desk, to the back bar, to the manager. They all have been so warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem .. just perfect. They are also great with Kids.All the guests have been lovely as well.

Ive been coming to Goa for years.. and it's difficult to find something I didn't like here.. It's super casual and relaxed. I would be sorry to leave. I just keep extending.
